Report by Scott Isaacs

An outstanding performance from Leverstock Green Ladies deservedly earned them three more valuable points against local rivals Stevenage on Sunday. Captain Jo Williams opened Levy's account on 36 minutes, converting at her second attempt from a Gemma Coggins corner. This proved the only goal of the first half despite further good chances from wide players Tasha Sherriff and Coggins.

The second half was an even affair until centre back Natalie Burrows smashed home from close quarters on 61 minutes to pave the way for a dominant second half Levy display. Player of the match Giselle Randall was in the right place at the right time, to add another goal to her account with strike partner Nic Hollick latching onto a perfectly weighted Donna McAvoy through ball, to make it 4-0 on the stroke of 80 minutes.

Stevenage were awarded a free kick on the edge of the box with 3 minutes to go, which they duly converted with aplomb, leaving keeper Haidee Cable with no chance.

Levy move to fifth in the Eastern Region Premier League and make the significant journey to Acle near Great Yarmouth next week for their next League fixture before defending last year's County Cup honours away to Garston on the 16th November.
