The annual Peter Metcalfe 7-a-side tournament was held at Pancake Lane on Saturday, and for the first time a team from Leverstock Green won the tournament. The Leverstock Green 1 side, in which Steve Heath fielded most of his first team squad, won all six games they played scoring 30 goals and conceding only 7. The other teams taking part were Leverstock Green 2 (consisting of reserve team players), SWR Doors, London Colney, Tring Athletic, Kings Langley and BSI.
