Leverstock Green Corinthians bid for a league and cup double was foiled by a last-gasp defeat in the final of the Steve Norwood Cup at Vauxhall Road on Sunday.

The final score was 2-1 to Flaunden, with Ryan Fahy scoring the Leverstock goal, and the Flaunden winner coming with the last kick of the game. The Leverstock side acquitted themselves very well against a side a division higher.
