The Spartan South Midlands League AGM was held on Saturday, where the constitution for the new season was confirmed. From last season's Premier Division, Hillingdon Borough and Ampthill Town have been relegated to Division One, while Welwyn Garden City, Bedford and FC Broxbourne Borough are promoted from Division One. Kings Langley have been promoted to the Southern League. No club has been relegated into the SSML from Step 4.

The opening day's fixtures were revealed, and Leverstock begin with a Dacorum Derby at home to Berkhamsted on August 8th. Our second game is away to Bedford on either Tuesday 11th or Wednesday 12th August.

The draws were also made for the league cup competitions. In the Challenge Trophy we have been drawn at home to Sun Sports, with the winners at home to Harpenden Town or Biggleswade United in the second round. In the Premier Division Cup we are away to Tring Athletic in the first round, with the winners at home to Bedford in the second round.
